Every major municipality has a similar type of inspection.  The inspector goes from building to building (house to house) checking   safety code violations.  This PalmPilot™ / Palm inspection application  mostly utilizes check boxes.  The inspector simply scrolls down the form until the appropriate code violation appears.  The final page allows entry of unlimited notes (comments) and a digital signature capture.
