PCS is showing, as an example, and not for resale,  a turnkey personnel tracking software program that is going to make life in the EMS office a breeze.  Inputting and reporting continuing education could not be easier.   This program provides very easy queries to check all the recent actions of your personnel. You do not have to spend hours learning a database program to organize your EMS Office. With 'The EMS Personnel Manager 4.0' you are only three steps from printing out professional reports.  Personnel Data entry - Enter all vital personnel data, demographics, recent dates and numbers, contact info and more. Besides all the normal recent dates, most services track (CPR, State, National, ACLS, etc..) you can also name two recent fields yourself. For example - your service tracks tetanus vaccinations, enter Tetanus in User defined Field 1 and you not only rename a field caption, but also queries and reports as well. If you keep inactive personnel on file, that's no problem. Just check the inactive field on the main personnel form and that medic will not show up in any recentnt queries or reports.
Continuing Education Entry - Just enter the education type, name, location, hours. With your mouse select who attended, and press a button and you are done. You could enter 50 personnel attending a class and be finished in 60 seconds.

 Reports - 'The EMS Personnel Manager' has over 20 different reports.
You can print mailing labels sorted numerous ways. Print all recent information on any given medic, print continuing education reports for one medic, or all in the database. View education grouped by type with summaries and percentages. Find out not only who attended a given class, but who did not attend. Print rosters, sign in sheets (great for printing prior to a class to use as a sign in sheet, then take back to enter attendees into the database, and file as a hard copy) and much more!
That's all there is to it! Just keep your data updated and you are a button click away from printing out what you need on your personnel.
