| PDA MEDIC is a complete (not for sale...just an example)) ems application that allows paramedics to enter run sheet information onto any Palm OS device and transfer that data back to a desktop PC software application, for the viewing of that information, printing and beaming information directly from the Palm, and the printing of reports. This application consists of the Palm screens shown here, and the PC screens database, shown on the next page. Screens are not necessarily shown in the order they might be filled in. Utilities: Enter the name of your agency: this will be the place on the opening screen (above) and on service reports. Index: Screen to the right allows user to jump to any part of the application. |

Edit Crew
Member: Tap into the name field and enter the crewmember name and
state number, then select Add.
Default Incident: Tap into the fields and enter the default setting for the City, State and Zip Code. This setting is placed in the Patient Information form. |
| Incident
Info: Tap into the fields and enter the information pertaining
to the incident, when finished click done and proceed to the next
section.
Edit Report: This screen is accessed from the main startup screen in PDA Medic. If an error was made entering the incident number it can be corrected here. |

Procedures
/ Vitals: Tap the Record Event Button to generate a record of
a procedure, treatment or drug provided to the patient.
Procedures / Vitals: Select the providers name performing the event. All provider names are sorted for you by last name. Next select what event was accomplished, then add any additional details. |
| Trauma
Information: Tap in the fields that pertain to the Trauma
Information.
Insurance Information: Tap into the field and add any pertinent Insurance Information. |

Transport
Information: Tap into the field and add any pertinent
transport information.
Signatures Information: Tap into the signature fields and sign your name, then have your partner sign his. |
