This is a simple but very efficient PalmPilot™ route delivery application.  The truck driver has pre-defined stops (customers and addresses)  accessed through a drop down menu. The driver taps the time/date, picks a customer (info on that customer is then displayed), fills in the number of items delivered, collects a customer signature and  taps the "time out" button. This form also has E-mail capabilities.
