This PalmPilot inspection application is for a very large state transit system.  The inspector chooses a system for inspection.  The screen changes to display Radio Buttons "OK", "A" (adjusted), "N" (needs repair) and "REPAIR".  Tapping REPAIR will automatically display a drop down menu from which an item is chosen.  After the item being repaired is checked another drop down menu displays the type of repair completed.  When "type" of repair is checked the application returns to the beginning to continue the inspection.
